This autumn and winter sees Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons playing host to Jonathan Moseley, one of the UK’s leading designers within the floral art world. Jonathan will be offering floral aficionados the unique opportunity to learn how to create the ultimate themed displays with two special workshops.

For over 20 years Jonathan has inspired and entertained audiences and individuals with his love of flowers through demonstrations, workshops and classes. Jonathan represented the UK in the 11th World Flower Show and is currently one of the judges on BBC’s The Big Allotment Challenge.

Autumn floral inspiration with Jonathan Moseley‘ takes place on Tuesday 27th October, 2015. Celebrating the shades and tones of autumn, Jonathan will create a series of spectacular designs directly inspired by the renowned gardens at Raymond Blanc’s two Michelin star hotel and restaurant. He will incorporate a wide selection of seasonal fruits and vegetables into his innovative designs while retaining his trademark style of garden plant materials arranged naturally and imaginatively.

Designs will include a harvest inspired table centre, a quirky and fun arrangement for Halloween and a larger than life Autumn basket.

The second course takes place on Monday 14th December, 2015, when Jonathan will present ‘Christmas floral inspiration with Jonathan Moseley‘. He will create an amazing collection of Christmas designs directly influenced by the location and renowned gardens created by Raymond Blanc, which guests can then replicate to adorn their own homes with stylish displays for the Christmas season.

In this session Jonathan will use a rich palette of traditional Yuletide colours to create a selection of displays which include a festive welcome ring for the door and a showpiece table centre.

Both days begin with tea and coffee on arrival at Belmond Le Manoir, followed by Jonathan’s seasonal flower workshop. Guests will savour a Champagne Laurent-Perrier reception and Raymond Blanc’s celebrated three-course lunch with accompanying wines, coffee and homemade petits fours.

During the autumn workshop, guests will be given a tour of the gardens (pictured above) with a member of Raymond’s expert garden team. Guests at the Christmas workshop will be welcomed into the Raymond Blanc Cookery School for a demonstration of festival cuisine.
